The inauguration of the exposition 'Happy Meal' by the Czech prominent contemporary artist Pasta Oner took place at the SIN Studio Gallery in Marbella. This time the honourable guest was the ambassador of the Czech Republic in Madrid, his Excellency Mr. Libor Sečka, who inaugurated the exposition together with the artist.

On the 9th of May 2024 the preview of the Czech contemporary artist Pasta Oner took place in the recently opened SIN Studio Gallery on Avenida Ricardo Soriano 59, in Marbella. The owner and director of the gallery were recieving many local and international guests. The presence of the ambassador of the Czech Republic was creating a beautiful ambience and connection between the Czech and Spanish cultural. Besides the ambassador, the gallery also welcomed the honorary consul from Marbella Mr. Francisco Puerta Vides and the director of the Czech Centres in Madrid Ms. Jana Polivkova.
Pasta Oner exposition was officially started after the speech of the owner and director of the gallery together with the embassador and the artist himself. This exhibition contains 22 canvases mainly with pop art fair. There are typical pop art paintings created with screen printing, including texts and quotes. Another acrylic canvases with cartoon aesthetics. An important part of the exposition are 7 huge canvases, where the artist mixes classical oil paint images together with acrylic cartoon-like representations. These paintings with double technique raised attention and interest in this artist.
The highlight of the event was the revelation of a glass sculpture of the art object created by Pasta Oner, called Mickey Was Born. This art piece out of glass was created in collaboration with the SIN Studio Gallery's unique glass casting technology. The sculpture is portraying an egg with broken top, where we can see the ears and hands of one of the most iconic Disney figures. Pasta Oner chose a color for his art object with a special effect for his spectators, an effect which SIN Studio Gallery used in many sculptures - the glass pigment with Uranium. When lightend with ultraviolet light it glows in a beautiful uranium green tones.
The exposition is open every day from 10 - 18h from Monday to Friday in the SIN Studio Gallery in Marbella and well be displayed until the 31st of July 2024.
